The Berrien Press -- Harley Woosley, 78, of Ray City died August 30, 2008 at 
Louis Smith Memorial Hospital in Lakeland after a lengthy illness.
 Born in Canneyville, KY, he had lived in Ray City the past 40 years. He was 
retired from the US Air Force after 20 years of service and was a member of 
First Christian Church in Valdosta.
 Survivors include his wife, Jackie Woosley of Ray City; one son, Bob Woosley 
of Ray City; sister and brother-in-law, Patti and Lloyd Gillman of Inverness, 
FL; brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Marsha Woosley of Cullowee, NC; 
sister-in-law, Joann Woosley of LaBelle, FL; a number of nieces and nephew.
 A graveside service with full military honors was held at 2 p.m. September 2 
at Nashville Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Roy Castleberry officiating.
 Music Funeral Service of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
