William W. Kendall      )

Upon the petition of Harvey and Alvan Bradley late Merchants trading under the
firm of H & A Bradley stating that the said William E. Kendall on the second of
April in the year 1822 had executed a certain deed of mortgage to the said firm
on the following described lot of land on the reserve(?) of Fort Hawken(?) being
one third part of an acre lot being designated by the number 30 ...... (the
remainder is on an additional page which I did not get a copy of)
