It appearing to the Court that Edmund C. Beard late sherriff has bound the above
fi fas on certain property and no entry having been made of the sale or claim of
said property.  Whereupon it is ordered that the said Edmund C. Beard show cause
tomorrow morning at the opening of the court or as soon thereafter as councel
can be heard why he should not pay over the amount of said fifas to plantiffs
attorney and that a copy of this note be recorded on said Edmund C. Beard in the
mean time.

I waiver the necessity of service 8 March 1824.
