August term 1825.  I confess judgement to the plantiff for the sum of one
hundred and sixty dollars and forty three cents and also the further sum of six
hundred and dixty six dollars and ninety seven cents which last mentioned sum is
to be paid out of the goods and chattels and effects that may hereafter come
into the hands of said defendants with teh fost of suit and reserving the right
of appeal.
