We confess judgement in favour of the plantiff for the sum of nine hundred and
eighty seven dollars and eighty three cents principal and four hundred and
twenty one dollars and thriteen cents interest two hundred and seventy four
dollars and seventy five cents of which sum to be levied of the goods and
chattles lands and tenements of the said defendants the ballance of said sum to
be levied of the assetts that may hereafter come in the defendants hands of
administrators belonging to the estate of Wm W Dawson with cost and the right of
appeal.
