William Cabaness
vs
Admr of Wm W Dawson
Judgement
It appearing to the court tha tthe two notes on which the above judgement was
rendered was signed by the intestate Wm W Dawson and JOhn Brown, the later not
being served in the above.  On motion it is ordered that the clerk of this court
deliver the said two original notes to the plaintiffs attorneys in order to sue
the said John Brown for the amount of the balance due.
