Assumpsit

Judgement confessed to plantiff for fourteen hundred dollars with interest and
costs the sum of three hundred and twenty four dollars 99 3/4 cents to be
collected from defendants ----, the ballance to be recovered out of such assetts
as may hereafter come to the defendants hands -----.
