Case

In open Court Judgement confessed to plantiff for fifteen hundred and forty two
dollars principal and with interest and costs our of which sum three hundred and
ninety nine dollars and thirty four cents to be recovered certain of account of
assets that come to defendants hands up to August 1825 and the ballance of the
debts to be recovered out of the assets that may come to hands after that time.
