Alexander Richards
               Vs
Thomas J. McCluskey

Casa from Justice Court
The defendant Thomas J. McCluskey having been arrested on a casa from Justice 
court in favor of Alexander Richards and having given bond with Henry H. Cone 
and John M. Shelman as his securities for his appearance at this term of this 
court and take the benefit of the act for the relief of honest debtors and 
having failed to file his schedule and notify the arresting creditors in terms 
of the law.  It is ordered by the Court that the plaintiff do recover of the 
defendant Thomas J. McCluskey and Henry H. Cone and John M. Shelman the sum of 
forty three dollars and fifty cents to be discharged on the payment of twenty 
one dollars and seventy five cents principal and the sum of eight four cents 
interest and the further sum of eight dollars and twenty five cents for cost of 
the defendants
