State Of Georgia, Bibb County.
	
	This Indenture, Made the  18th day of February , in the year of our Lord 
One Thousand Eight Hundred and  Eighty Nine,  between  T. J. Carstarphen of the 
County of Bibb State of Georgia of the one part, and Anna B. Thomas		 
of the County of Bibb & State of Georgia, of the second part:  Witnesseth that 
the said  party of the first part		 for and in consideration of the 
sum of Three hundred and Eighty Seven dollars	 in hand paid at and before 
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged has  granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and 
by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the 
said   party of the second part		heirs and assigns,  all the following 
described property to wit:  one half undivided interest in one half acre of land 
more or less on corner of Fourth and Boundary Street in the city of Macon, State 
of Georgia, said land fronts on Fourth Street one hundred and five feet and on 
Boundary Street Two Hundred and ten feet and known according to the plan of said 
city as lot 5 in Block 15 in the City of Macon, State of Georgia.


To Have and to Hold  the said above granted and described Property with all and 
singular rights, members and appurtenances thereto appertaining, to the only 
proper use, benefits and behoof of him, the said Party of the Second Part, his 
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in Fee Simple: and the said  Party 
of the second part the said bargained Property above described unto the said 
Party of the Second Part, his heirs executors, administrators and assigns, 
against the said Party of the First Part, his heirs, executors and 
administrators, and against all and every other person or persons, shall and 
will warrant and forever defend, by virtue of these presents
In Witness Whereof, the said Party of the First Part has hereunto set his hand, 
affixed his seal, and delivered these presents the day and year first above 
written.
