Holt as Receiver of the property of Charles W. Wiley of said state and county, such office of Receiver being by virtue of an order granted on December 6th AD 1873 on the October term 1873 of Bibb Superior Court, & Mrs. Cora C. Hunter of said State and County, Witness that whereas heretofore to wit, on the 20th day of November AD 1874 during the Oct term 1874 of said Superior Court an order was passed authorizing said Thaddeus G. Holt Receiver to sell the lands belonging to said Charles W. Wiley upon the terms and conditions expressed in said Order and whereas of ________ to wit; upon the Second day of February 1873, the property hereinafter described as publicly exposed to sale on public outcry in compliance with the terms of said order and was bid off by said Mrs. Cora Hunter, as the highest bidder at and for the sum of three thousand and twenty nine dollars which sale has been confirmed by said court; and wherein Hon. Barnard Hill, Judge of the Superior Court of the Macon Circuit did on the 25th day of July AD 1875 per an order requiring said Receiver to grant title to said Mrs. Cora C. Hunter for said property. Now therefore the said Thaddeus G. Holt receiver as aforesaid in consideration of previous ________the sum of three thousand twenty nine Dollars wherein paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain, sell, order, convey & consigned unto the said Mrs. Cora C. Hunter the following described tract or parcel of land to wit: the East half of lot No. One Hundred ninety four (194) containing One hundred one and one half acres more or less; on the west half of the adjoining lot East of the first described lot to wit: No. one hundred and ninety five (195) containing one hundred one and one half acres more or less, also thirty three (33) acres more or less adjoining the above described half lot on the south, & lying south of the Perry Road; on the above described land bordered on the East by land known as the Nancy Parker place, on the south by land of Johnson Wise on the west by land of said Wise and Mrs. Dunlap and on the North by a place known as the old “Skelton Napier” place. To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights numbers and appurtenances therewith pertaining to the only proper use, benefits and behoof of the said Mrs. Cora C. Hunter her heirs administrators & assigns in fee simple: In whereas whereof the said Thaddeus G.
