State of Georgia, Bibb County
	This Indenture, made the 4th day of March in the year of our Lord One 
Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine between HL Howard of the county of Bibb of the 
one part, and Mrs. L. W. Randall of the County of Bibb of the other part:
	Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in 
consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars in hand paid, at and 
before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is 
hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and 
confirmed, and by these presents does grant bargain sell alien convey and 
confirm unto the said party of the second pat heirs and assigns all the 
following described property to wit:
	All that tract of land in the Howard District of Bibb County Georgia 
being part of lot No. 278 bounded on the North by lands of A. J. Little on the 
East by lands of Mrs. MC Howard South by Central of Georgia RR and lands of 
Billings and West by Central of Georgia RR containing 47 1/2 acres more or less 
including of the right of way of the railroad.  This being same land conveyed by 
Mrs. SB Johnson to Mrs Sarah Ross by deed  dated March 6th 1903 which deed is 
recorded in Clerk’s office Bibb Superior Court Book 111 Folio 465 and being the 
same land conveyed by Sarah J Ross to said HL Howard by deed dated Nov. 30 1904 
and recorded in book 112 Folio 798 Clerk’s Office Bibb Superior Court.  
	To Have and to hold the said bargained land with all and singular the 
rights members and appurtenances thereunto appertaining to the only proper use 
and behoof of her the said party of the second part her heirs executors 
administrators and assigns in Fee Simple the said party of the second part the 
said bargained land unto the said party of the second party [sic] her heirs 
executors administrators and assigns against the said party of the first part 
his heirs executors administrators and against all and every other person or 
persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents.  
	In witness whereof The said party of the first party [sic] has hereunto 
set his hand, affixed his seal and delivered these presents the day and year 
first above written.
