B. Hunter & R. F. Hunter, children of Samuel Hunter, deceased of the County of Bibb of the first part and I. B. Johnston of the state of Ohio of the county of Hamilton of the second part: Witnesseth, That the said SB Hunter and RF Hunter for and in consideration of the sum of five Dollars, cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained and sold and, do by these presents remise, release and forever quit claim to the said IB Johnston his heirs and assigns, all the right, title interest claim or demand, the said SB Hunter and RF Hunter have or may have had in and to all of that tract or parcel of land known as lot two hundred & nine (209) in the 13th District of originally Monroe now Bibb except ten (10) acres from the north west corner of said lot now owned by Henry J. Lamar. Also all that tract or parcel of land known as lot number two hundred and ten (210) in the 13th District of Originally Monroe now Bibb. Also all that tract or parcel of land situate lying & being in the 13 District of the County of Bibb, being part of lot no 211 in said district ( said lot known as the “academy lot”) containing twenty one and 9/10 (21 9/10) acres according to a survey made by JC Wheeler Bibb Surveyor, a plat of which is attached to a deed from James T. Nisbet to Mrs. Mary P. Mell & Miss Eudocia E. Hunter dated December 19th 1877. Said 21 9/10 acres lying south of the public road and all of said lots & parcels of land containing four hundred sixteen and 9/10 acres more or less with all the rights, members and appurtenances to said land in anywise appertaining or belonging. To have and to hold the said lot of land to the said IB Johnson so that neither the said SB Hunter and RF Hunter nor their heirs nor any other person or persons claiming under them shall at any time, by any ways or means have claim or demand, any right or title to the aforesaid lot of land or its appurtenances or any right thereof. In testimony whereof, The said SB Hunter and RF Hunter have hereunto set their hand and affixed their seals the day and year first above written. Signed sealed and Delivered in Presence of Ben. J.
