Georgia			}   This Indenture made this the twenty fifth day of 
Bibb County		}   November one thousand  Eight Hundred & Forty Five, 
between Robert W. Jemison of the State and County aforesaid of the one part & 
Samuel B. Hunter of the state and county aforesaid of the other part:  
Witnesseth, therefore & in consideration of twenty five Hundred Dollars to him 
in hand paid on & before the sealing & delivery of these presents, the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bargained sold & conveyed & by these 
presents does bargain, sell & convey and confirm to the said Samuel B. Hunter, 
his heirs & assigns, all the parcel or tract of land, situate, lying & being in 
the thirteenth (13) Dist originally Monroe, now Bibb County, Known or 
distinguished in the plan of said District as lot number Two Hundred & Forty 
Three (no 243) containing Two Hundred Two and one half acres more or less.  
To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all & singular the rights 
members and appurtenances thereof, whatsoever to the said tract or parcel of 
land being belonging or in anywise appertaining to the only proper use, benefit 
& behoof of him the said Samuel B. Hunter his heirs, adms Ex’s & assigns forever 
in Fee Simple:  and the said Robert W. Jemison his heirs adm’s, Ex’s and 
assigns, the said Samuel B. Hunter his heirs, adm’s. ex’s and assigns and all & 
every the person or persons whatever shall warrant & defend by virtue of these 
presents.
	In Witness whereof the said Robt W. Jemison has herewith set his hand & 
affixed his seal this the day & year first written.
