Hunter of the County of Bibb and the State Aforesaid Executors of the will of Henry Jemison deceased of the one part and George A. Winn of the county of Monroe and state Aforesaid of the other part: Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Three thousand two Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do bargain, sell convey and confirm unto the said George A Winn his heirs and assigns, all that parcel or tract of land Situate lying and being in the Tirteenth, 13th District originally Monroe, now Bibb County, known and distinguished in the plan of said district as lot number Two Hundred and forty three (243) containing Two Hundred two and one half acres more or less. To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said tract or parcel of land being belonging or in any wise appertaining to the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the said George A Winn his heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever in fee Simple: And the said Tomlinson Fort and Samuel B Hunter Executors as aforesaid, their heirs Executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said George A Winn his heirs Executors, administrators and assigns against the said Tomlinson Fort and Samuel B Hunter Executors as aforesaid, their heirs Executors and administrators, and all any other person or persons shall warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof the said Tomlinson Fort and Samuel B. Hunter have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals this day and year first above written.
