Broach Trustee of Martha D. Morris of the other part all of the State and County aforesaid. Witnesseth that the said John Martin for and in Consideration of the Sum of five hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, Sold, Conveyed and Confirmed, and by these presents doth hereby bargain, Sell, Convey, alien & Confirm unto Said Robert M. Broach as trustee for Martha D. Morris wife of Hardy Morris and for the use and benefit of said Martha D. Morris during her natural life, and at her death to rest in the children of Said Hardy Morris born of the body of Said Martha D. Morris and their heirs forever all that tract or parcel of land containing fifty four feet front on Bridge Street in the City of Macon in Said County running back on an alley one hundred five feet across said Lot it being a part of Lot Number five in Square Number forty five in the plan of Said City of Macon. To have & to hold Said lot or parcel of land to him the Said Robert M. Broach as Trustee for Said Martha D. Morris as aforesaid, and to Such other trustees as May be hereafter appointed in the place & Stead of Said Robert M. Broach in cased he should die before Said Martha D. Morris, and at the death of Said Martha D. Morris, then to be held and enjoyed by the Children of Said Hardy Morris born of the body of Said Martha D. Morris free & Clear from the claims of Said John Martin & his heirs executors & administrators, and from the claim of all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall & will warrant and forever defend in fee Simple.
