Lowe relative to the lands they own on Walnut Creek for the creek to be the line between their lands from Fenny’s line down the creek to a white oak on the south bank. Lowe to have all on the eastside and John Martin to have off Lowe’s land on the west side to high water mark of creek corner with Martin at a white oak corner in the hill and we now state that said line as then agreed on shall remain as the true line in future and the fence to remain where it now stands.
