Bibb County Deeds
December 14, 1839

State of Georgia
Bibb County
This Indenture made the Fourteenth day of December in the
year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and Thirty
nine and on the Sixty fourth year of the Independence of
the United States of America between Aurelius Franklin of
the County of Bibb of the one part and William Solomon
John Martin Robert B. Washington of the County of Bibb of
the other part.

Witnesseth that the said Aurelius Franklin for and in
consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars in hand paid at
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold aliened conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents doth grant bargain sell alien convey and
confirm unto the said William Solomon John Martin Robert
B. Washington their heirs and assigns all that tract or
parcel of Land situate lying and being in the County of
Bibb and said State aforesaid in the City of Macon on the
East side of the River & known and distinguished in the
plan of said City as part of Lot number Three (3)
containing one half acre fronting lot number two
belonging formerly to Henry S. Cutter one hundred and
five feet and running back two hundred and ten feet
heretofore occupied by one Susan Bond and now in her
possession. 

To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all
and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof
whatsoever to the said premises being belonging & in any
wise appertaining with the remainder and remainders
reversion and reversions rents issues and profits thereof
to the only proper use benefit and behoof of said William
Solomon John Martin Robert B. Washington their heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple and
the said Aurelius Franklin for himself his heirs
executors and Administrators the said bargained premises
unto the said William Solomon John Martin Robert B.
Washington their heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the said Aurelius Franklin his heirs
executors administrators shall and will warrant and
forever defend by virtue of these presents but against no
other person whatsoever.  

In witness whereof the said Aurelius Franklin hath herein
set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first
above written.
