                  State of Georgia      Bibb County
   This Indenture Made the Thirteenth day of December in the year of our lord 
One Thousand Eight Hundred & Seventy Seven between James T. Nisbet of the County 
of Bibb of the one part and Mrs. Mary P. Mell and Miss Eudocia E. Hunter of the 
county of Bibb of the other part:  Witnesseth That the said James T. Nisbet for 
and in consideration of the sum of Eighty Seven Dollars and Sixty Cents in hand 
paid, at and before the sealing and delivery of theses presents, the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened conveyed 
and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey 
and confirm unto the said Mrs. Mary P. Mell and Miss Eudocia E. Hunter their 
heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in 
the 13th District of said County of Bibb, being a part of lot No. 211 in said 
District (said Lot known as the Treadway Lot) now having (21 9/10) twenty one 
and 9/10 acres according to a survey made by C. Wheeler Surveyor a plat of which 
is hereto attached and a part of the deed said twenty on and 7/10 acres lying 
south of the public road from Macon to Forsyth.

To Have & to Hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights 
members and appurtenances thereto appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit 
and behoof of them the said Mrs. Mary P. Mell and Eudocia E. Hunter their heirs, 
executors, administrators and assigns in Fee Simple:  and the said James T. 
Nisbet the said bargained premises unto the said Mrs. Mary P. Mell and Eudocia 
E. Hunter their heirs, executors administrators and assigns, against the said 
James T. Nisbet his heirs, executors, administrators and against all and every 
other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of 
these presents.  
In Witness whereof the said James T. Nisbet has hereunto set his hand, affixed 
his seal and delivered these presents the day and year above first written.
