Will be sold before the court house door in the county of Bibb, between the usual hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in July, next, as the property of the estate of BENJAMIN B LAMAR, deceased, fifteen hundred acrees of Land more or less, known as the RED BLUFF PLANTATION, in originally the fifth district of Houston now Bibb county, bounded east by the Ocmulgee river, and adjoining lands of Washington Durden, Johnston, Minchew, and others. Also a House and Lot in the city of Macon, west of the Ocmulgee River, known in the plan of said city by Lot number two in square seventy, with all the appurtenances belonging to said property. The same sold to offer a distribution of said estate, and for the benefit of the heirs and creditors thereof. Terms, notes with approved security, one half due 25th day of December next—the other half twelve months thereafter. If the conditions of the sale are not complied with on the day, the property to be resold on the same day, at the purchaser’s risk, should the executor deem it expedient to do so. Possession will be given to the farm on the 25th day of December next, and to the house and lot on the 1st day of October next. HENRY G. LAMAR, April 15, Executor of B. B.
