G. M. KENDRICK DEAD. Was Father of Mr. M.A. kendrick of This City. Rev. G. M. Kendrick, age 74 years, passed away Saturday night at the Orphans Home, where he had served as pastor several years. Rev. Mr. Kendrick has been in poor health only a short time and his hundreds of friends will learn with sorrow of his death. He came to Macon about two years ago from Jeffersonville, and was well known throughout the South Georgia conference. He is survived by his wife and three children, Mrs. E. E. Pounds, of Augusta, Mr. M. A. Kendrick, of Hawkinsville, and W. M. Kendrick, of Mayfield. The funeral services were held Sunday morning from the Orphans Home and the remains were carried to Savannah for interment.—Macon News.
