Jordan, Funeral Services for Mrs. Susie Manuel Jordan of 375 Reid Street will be held today at 3:30 p.m. in the chapet of Hutchings Funeral Home. Internment will follow in St. Rest Cemetery. Hutchings Service Mrs. Inez Scott, Funeral Services for Mrs Inez Scott formerly of New York will be held today at 4:00 p.m. from the New Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Internment will follow at Ft.HIll Cemetery. Mrs. Scott leaves to morn her passing a husband Richard Scott, father Eullis Lewis, Stepmother Mrs. Roberta Lewis, 2 sisters, Mrs. Ophelia J. Jackson and Mrs. Mattie L. Ervin, two brothers, Willie Lewis and Lee A. Lewis, 2 brothers in law, Arthur Jackson and James Ervin. A host of other relatives and friends. Hutchings Service Mrs. Sarah Fleming, Mrs. Sarah Fleming , 2370 Dubois Street died Friday morning at her residence. Funeral Services will be announced later. Central City Funeral Home Rebecca Ann Jones, Rebecca Ann Jones, the five year old daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Richard Jones, Macon Homes, died in Jeffersonville Friday after a short illness. Funeral rites for Rebecca will be announced later. Thomas Funeral Home in charge. Johnnie Wyche, Funeral Services for Johnnie Wyche, 1623 Pio Nono Avenue will be held today (Saturday) at 3:00p.m. from the Bethel CME Church with the Pastor, Rev. J.L. Key officiating. Internment will follow in Moseley's Cemetery. Thomas Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. C. Y. Hitchcock, Mrs. Carrie Young Hitchcock, wife of the late J.H. Hitchcock, passed September 7th, in a local hospital after an extended illness. Funeral Services for Mrs. Hitchcock will be held Sunday at 3:00 p.m. from the Flagg Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Peyton B. Cook officiating. Internment will follow in Bone Cemetery. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Viola H. Lawrence, Macon, among her many neices and nephews.
