Negroes Confess Murder Of Macon Street Car Man

Macon, Ga. April 17 – Sheriff J.R. Hicks, Jr., announced tonight that four
negroes have been arrested charged with the murder of Conductor-Motorman A.L.
Arigood on Christmas night last year.  Not only has a confession been obtained
from one of the arrested the sheriff said, but a confession has been obtained he
states, to eleven robberies.
