Funeral services will be Monday, May 19, 2008 at 3P.M. at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, Georgia with interment in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Charles Hanson and the Rev. Larry Martin will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 18, 2008 from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. at Snow's Memorial Chapel on Pio Nono Avenue. The family may be contacted at the home of Rev. Joseph V. Butterworth (478-836-3254). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cherry Blossom Health Care Center, 3520 Kenneth Drive, Macon, Georgia 31206. -Mammaw was born on November 11, 1910 to Ella Scroggs Jenkins and W. J. "Joe" Jenkins, Sr. of Marietta, Georgia. She married Rev. Joel V. Butterworth on December 19, 1931, served with him in the Ministry and taught Sunday School for over fifty years. Mammaw's dedication to her Savior, Jesus Christ, and her loving and tender spirit will be affectionately remembered by all who knew her. Her life was especially a blessing to her family who loved and cared for her so much. She also will be sorely missed by her church family at New Haven Independent Baptist Church in Roberta, Georgia where she was a member. She was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband of seventy-three years, Rev. Joel V. Butterworth. -She leaves behind a loving daughter, Billie Dove Hall of Canton, Georgia; devoted son, Rev. Joseph V. (Ann) Butterworth of Lizella, Georgia; her grandchildren, Terry Hall of Adairsville, Georgia, Pam Fitts of Waleska, Georgia, Darcy Sutton of Lizella, Georgia, Mark Butterworth of North Richland Hills, Texas and Matt Butterworth of Macon, Georgia; two brothers, W. J. "Joe" Jenkins, Jr. and Herbert E. Jenkins of Marietta, Georgia; and one sister, Kathleen J.
