                           Medford J. Foskey
 MACON - Medford J. Foskey, 80, formerly of 2479 Tredway Drive, died Thursday 
at Lynn Haven Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at 3P.M., Saturday 
at Shurlington United Methodist Church with burial in Riverside Cemetery. The 
Rev. Tom Ivey and the Rev. Wesley Jones will officiate. The family will meet 
friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Friday at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Cherry 
Street and may be reached at the residence of Doug McKenzie, 1045 Ashford 
Chase Court, Macon. They suggest that those who wish make memorial 
contributions to Shurlington United Methodist Church, 2060 Shurling Drive, 
Macon, GA 31211 or to Lynn Haven Nursing Home, 747 Monticello Highway, Gray, 
GA 31032. -Mr. Foskey, son of the late Jody and Nannie Tyson Foskey, was born 
in Soperton and had lived in Macon since 1988. He was a driver retiring after 
thirty-five years with Greyhound Bus Lines. Mr. Foskey was a member of 
Shurlington United Methodist Church where he was also a member of the Fun and 
Fellowship Class. -The family would like to express their appreciation for the 
care and love given to Mr. Foskey by the Staff of Lynn Haven Nursing Home. -
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn McClure Foskey of Macon; two sons, Gary 
(Pat) Foskey of Callaghan, FL and Sandy Foskey of Albany; his daughter, Cheyrl 
(Mark) Henning of Moncks Corner, SC; his stepchildren, Don (Angie) McClure of 
Byron and Margie (Terry) McKenzie of Gray; his brother, Morris T. Foskey of 
McRae; three grandchildren; four step grandchildren; five step-great 
grandchildren; nieces and nephews. -Snow's Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street has 
charge of arrangements.
