T. J. GREGORY


T. J. Gregory, aged 68 years, died at his residence at
Lizella Friday, after an illness of several months.  Mr.
Gregory was a well-known farmer and had lived in the same
community for many years.  Besides his wife, he leaves
three sons and two daughters.  They are Messrs D. T., C.
E., and J. T. Gregory and Misses Mattie-Bulah and Connie
Elizabeth Gregory.  Funeral services were held yesterday
afternoon atthe family graveyard, Rev. Mr. Moseley
officiating.

Obituary from Macon Telegraph.  Thomas Jefferson Gregory
died November 12, 1922.  The family graveyard referred to
is Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, located on Mt. Pleasant
Church Road, Lizella. His wife is not named in obituary,
but she was Amanda Melvina Taylor.
