Services will be held at 2pm Monday in Hart's Mortuary. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park. The Rev. Norris Wilkerson will officiate. A native of Macon, Mr. Heath lived in Tampa, Fla. for the past 20 years before returning to Macon four months ago. He was a member of East Macon United Methodist Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was a retired security guard for Pinkerton and was a former bantamweight prizefighter. Survivors include his wife, Mary J. Heath of Macon; a son, Harvey Lee Heath of Macon; a sister, Agnes Collins of Macon; a brother, Robert E. Heath of Macon; and four grandchildren. The family will greet friends from 6 until 8pm Sunday in the funeral home. The family may be contacted at the residence.
