Death of Miss Jessie Holmes

Macon, Ga., November 4,  (Special) Miss Jessie Holmes died this morning at the 
family home on Forsyth street after a lingering illness.  Many friends were 
shocked at the death.  She is survived by her mother, Mrs. C E Holmes, and 
three sisters, Mrs. J W Riseout, Miss Carrie Holmes and Mrs. Frank Hardeman.  
The funeral will occur to morrow morning at the residence. Rev. J A Smith, 
pastor of the Vineville Methodist church, will conduct the service.  The 
remains will be laid to rest in Rose Hill cemetery.
