 -FORSYTH - Ocella Lord Jones died Sunday, February 3, 2008, at Heartland 
Hospice House. Funeral services will be held on her birthday at 2PM, 
Wednesday, February 6, 2008, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with burial in the 
church cemetery. Reverend Alec Thompson will officiate. Visitation will be 
from 5 until 7PM, Tuesday, February 5, 2008, at Monroe County Memorial 
Chapel. -Mrs. Jones, the daughter of the late Carlos Coswell Lord and Ethel 
Bennett Daniel Lord was born in Tennille, Georgia, February 6, 1920. Her two 
sisters, Jessie Daniel McCord and Ethel Lord Asbell preceded her in death. 
Mrs. Jones retired from J. M. Huber Corporation with forty years of service. 
She was a member of Mt Zion Baptist Church serving in numerous church 
organizations and a member of WMU. -Survivors include her loving husband of 
seventy years, Shedrick Wilbur Jones, daughter, Carol Jones DeLoach (Frank) of 
Smarr, sisters Mildred Sconyers of Atlanta, Myrl Ford of Mobile, Alabama, 
Betty Jo Bloodworth and Joyce Flewellyn of Macon, grandchildren, Michelle 
DeLoach Harper (Brad) and Michel and Connie DeLoach, great grandchildren, 
Christy Holmes (Jeff), Robin England (B.J.) and Devon DeLoach and many nieces 
and nephews. -In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Mt. Zion 
Baptist Church, 7015 Rivoli Road, Macon, GA 31210. -Please visit

family. -Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
