Jordan, 74, well known fireman, died at Macon hospital today, following a stroke of paralysis Friday morning. Mr. Jordan has been in fire department service for 37 years, and served four years as fire inspector. He was stricken while at breakfast in his home and grew worse. Saturday he was removed to the hospital where he died. Surviving are his widow; two sons, W.A. Jordan, Jr., of Macon and J.E. Jordan, of Jacksonville, Fla.; a daughter, Mrs. L.E. Dupin, of Atlanta; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Helms and Mrs. C.C.
