MACON - Dorothy T. Merrell, 77, of 1367 Canterbury Road, died Friday, December 
29, 2006. Funeral services were held at 1 P.M. Wednesday, January 3, 2007 in 
the chapel of Hart's Mortuary with the Reverend S. Delbert McCall officiating. 
Burial was in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family greeted friends Tuesday 
from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Hart's Mortuary. The family may be contacted at the 
residence. Mrs. Merrell was employed for the same local building supply 
company for 34 years. Her hobbies were reading, collecting porcelain dolls, 
and being with her grandchildren. Mrs. Merrell is survived by four children, 
Larry G. Merrell of Louisville, KY, Monica M. Wade of Macon, Marcia M. Baker 
(Mark) of Macon, and Butch Merrell (Edie) of Macon; 11 grandchildren; a 
sister, Jackie Turner of Macon; and five nieces. -Hart's Mortuary had charge 
of arrangements.
