Boy Shoots Self With Rifle

Macon, Ga., Sept. 9 – Johnnie Millhouse, fifteen years of age, was fatally shot 
while playing with a parlor rifle at his home this afternoon.

A cartridge became lodged in the rifle and the boy and his youngest sister, 
Danise, endeavored to pick it out. While they held the weapon between them, it 
was discharged.

The bullet pierced the boy’s liver and he will probably die.
