Funeral services were held at 11A.M., Thursday at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Hugh Waldorf officiated. The family met friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M., Wednesday at the funeral home and suggested that memorial contributions be made to Ingleside United Methodist Church, 3187 Ridge Avenue, Macon 31204. -Ms. Moore, the daughter of the late Lambert Lamar and Audrey Callaway, was born in Baxley and had lived in Macon the past forty-three years. She was retired from The Macon Telegraph and was the mother of the late Donna Jo Moore Croft and sister of the late Rick Callaway. -Survivors include her daughter, Michelle Darlene Moore (Mark) Payne of Macon; two sons, Donald Edward Moore and Michael (Paula) Moore, of Macon; four sisters, Jean Reese of Yulee, FL, Geraldine Daniels and Lorene Miller of Hortense, GA and Christine Downs of Callahan, FL; three brothers, W. L. Callaway of Sardis, GA, Dan Callaway of Olive Branch, MS and Tom Callaway of Jacksonville, FL; her former husband, Donald Moore of Bremen, GA; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. -Visit www.mem.com to express tributes. -Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue had charge of arrangements.
