Roberts, the former Julia Agnes Lee, 89, of 1114 St. Paul Apartments, died Thursday. Services will be held at 11AM Monday in Macon Memorial Park. The Rev. C. Wray Ivey and the Rev. Dr. Howard Giddens will officiate. Mrs. Roberts, a native of Twiggs County, had lived in Macon most of her life. She attended State Normal College in Athens and was a graduate of Georgia- Alabama Business College in Macon. She was a member of First Baptist Church and a charter member of the Pilot Club. She was secretary of Tattnall Square Baptist Church for 28 years. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. W. E. Riddle of Macon and Mrs. John Tynan of Canyon Lake, Texas; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Memorial Fund at First Baptist Church, 511 High Street, Macon, Ga. 31201 or to Tattnall Square Baptist Church, 4925 Zebulon Road, Macon, Ga., 31210. The family will meet friends from 8 to 9PM Sunday at Snow's Memorial Chapel. Additional Comments: Julia Agnes (maiden name Lee) Roberts was born 6-18-1894 and died 7-21-1983 (GA DC# 024773) and is buried at Macon Memorial Park in Bibb County. Her parents, Frank Solomon Lee and Agnes Virginia Tindall Lee, are buried in the Lee cemetery in Twiggs County.
