BYRON - Charles Edward Ruggles, 72, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2006. 
Graveside services were at 3P.M., Wednesday, March 22, 2006 in Glen Haven 
Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jimmy Rozier officiating. Born in Massachusetts, 
Mr. Ruggles served in the Navy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan 
Walker Ruggles. Survivors include children, Teresa Brown Bowen, James A. 
Staples, Jr. and Judith Staples Thomas. The family received friends from 6:00 
until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at Rooks Funeral Home in Byron. -Rooks 
Funeral Home in Byron has charge of arrangements.
