                   G. S. Shelley Services Today at 2
 George Samuel "Dave" Shelley, 82, of 1924 Third St., a retired switchboard 
operator, died yesterday at a local hospital.
 Services for Mr. Shelley will be held at 2pm today in the chapel of Hart's 
Mortuary with burial in Macon Memorial Park with Masonic rites.
 Mr. Shelley, a native of Houston County, had lived most of his lie in Macon 
and was a member of Mabel Lodge No. 255 F&AM. He was a Primitive Baptist.
 He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Margie Shelley Miller of Macon; a sister, 
Mrs. Lillie Holloway of Macon; and a grand-daughter, Miss Shelley Miller of 
Macon.

Additional Comments:
Dave was born 18 Aug 1888 to George Barton Shelley and Elizabeth Frances 
Adkins. His wife was Josephine "Josie" Chance Shelley and is buried at Aiken 
Cemetery in Houston County, Ga. Georgia death certificate #038182.
