                           James Shiver

 James Robert Shiver, 46 of 2734 Date Ave., died Wednesday at his residence 
following a brief illness. Services will be announced by Memorial Chapel.

 Mr. Shiver was born in Florida and had lived in Macon for the past 14 years. 
He was a member of West Macon Baptist Church and was employed by the Diamond 
Oil Co.

 Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mary Lou Ellen Lamb Shiver; a daughter, Miss 
Hilda Kay Shiver of Macon; five brothers, Horace Shiver of Blackwood, NJ, Earl 
Shiver of Dublin, J. C. Shiver of Macon, R. S. Shiver of Florida City, Fla., 
and Eugene Shiver of Florida; a sister, Mrs. Aretha Underwood of Dry Branch; 
and his mother, Mrs. Margaret Shiver of Dry Branch.

Additional Comments:
James was born 4 Mar 1925 to Joel Hardy Shiver and Margaret Carroll Shiver.
