MACON - Bretha Barbee Stanfield, 78, died Monday, July 31, at her residence. 
Funeral services were held at 2P.M., Wednesday, August 2, at Snow's Memorial 
Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The Rev. 
Bob Hamilton officiated. Mrs. Stanfield, daughter of the late Elzie Allen and 
Grace Chambers Barbee, had lived in the Middle Georgia area since 1947. She 
was a homemaker and member of Northridge Baptist Church. -Survivors include 
her husband, Grady N. Stanfield; daughters, Loretta (Danny) Simmons of Twiggs 
County, Sandra Beck of Macon; sons, Lorel (Sue) Stanfield of Macon, Allen 
(Cathy) Stanfield of Byron; sisters, Faye Hunter of Winston, Judy Amos, Polly 
Sinyard, both of Hollypond, AL; brother, T. C. Barbee of Cullman; seven 
grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. -Visit www.mem.com to express
