MACON - Robert C. Stanley, 75, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2007. 
Graveside services were held on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at 10:00 am at Glen 
Haven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Quinn Hammock officiating. -Mr. Stanley was 
the son of the late Lawrence Paul Stanley and Irene Blackburn. He was preceded 
in death by his brother, L.P. Stanley. Mr. Stanley was a dedicated husband, 
father and grandfather, a man of God and loved the Lord. -He is survived by 
his wife of 46 years, Winnie Harrell Stanley of Macon, daughter, Stephanie 
(Greg) Metzger of Macon, son, David (Amy) Stanley of Macon; two grandchildren; 
Travis and Janie Grace Metzger of Macon, two sisters; Juell Hammett of 
Fernandina Beach FL and Dorothy Canaday of Wilmington NC. -The family will 
greet friends on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 from 6-8 pm at Macon Memorial Park 
Funeral Home. -In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Central 
Georgia, 3780 Eisenhower Parkway, Macon, GA 31206. -Macon Memorial Park 
Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
