                         Morris C. Tyson Jr.
 Morris C. Tyson Jr., 69, of 2490 Jeffersonville Road died Wednesday in a 
Houston County hospital. Born in Johnson City, Tenn., he lived in Macon since 
1945. He was a retired elevator operator for the city of Macon and the Grand 
Opera House. He was an Air Force veteran and was a member of the VFW. 
Survivors: mother, Ruby A. Tyson of Macon; brothers and sisters, Perry Tyson, 
Paul Tyson, Doris Jarriel, and Ruth Godfrey, all of Macon and Marie Gay of 
Atlanta. Services: 11am Monday in Snow's Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Bob 
Hamilton will officiate. Visitation: 3 until 4pm Sunday in the funeral home 
and the family may be contacted at the residence of Perry Tyson, 3514 Joycliff 
Road, Macon 31211.

Morris was born 12 Jan 1923 to Morris Cannie Tyson Sr. and Ruby M. Unknown 
Tyson. Georgia death certificate #051423.
