Rev. A. Van Hoose, Gainesville, Ga.

Gainesville, Ga., April 28-
Rev. A. Van Hoose, aged 85 years, died at his rooms at Brenau college this 
morning at 5:30 o'clock after a serious illness only dating from Saturday last, 
although he had been in feeble health for several years.
He is survived by his wife and four children, viz: Prof. A. W. Van Hoose, of 
Gainesville, Mr. Ellison Van Hoose, the well-known tenor; Mrs. W. P. Glover and 
Mrs. Hope Polhill, of Macon.
