MACON - Bryan Eugene "Gene" Wrenn, age 69, died Monday, October 1, 2007. 
Services will be 11A.M., Wednesday, October 3, 2007 in the Chapel of Rooks 
Funeral Home in Byron with Rev. Phil Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in 
Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. -Born in Hillsborough, North Carolina, to the 
late Louis and Gladys Varner Wrenn, Gene was an Air Force Veteran, retired 
from Eastman Kodak and an avid golfer. -Survivors include his wife of 37 
years, Marlene Wrenn of Macon; children, Carroll and Chuck Sims of Tex., 
Jackie and Bobby Stovall of Tex., Michelle Wrenn of Atlanta, and Heather and 
Chad Keys of Byron; grandchildren, Jeremy Sims, Ryan Sims, Bradley Sims, 
Lindsay Stovall, Jeffrey Stovall, Dalton Keys and Jake Keys; great-
granddaughters, Emma Sims and Miranda Sims; sister, Susie Carter of Creedmoor, 
North Carolina; brother, Ollie Wrenn of Bynum, North Carolina. -The family  
received friends from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at Rooks 
Funeral Home in Byron. -Rooks Funeral Home in Byron had charge of arrangements.
