Lt. Bobby  dog of Capt. D.C. Harris

died 29 Jan. 1936  aged 12

Additional Comments:
Inscription: "Lieutenant Bobby just a brown dog loyal pal and pet of Capt. 
D.C. Harris mascot of Co. C  121 Inf.  died Jan. 29, 1936  age 12 Faithful to 
the last".   My understanding was that Lt. Bobby through all of his trials 
during his stint in the military actually died when he fell down an elevator 
shaft at the Dempsey Hotel in downtown Macon, Ga.
