Seaborne Thomas

There are no names on any of the stones at the site.  It appears
there are possibly three (3) locations within the site that are
graves.  One is well marked with bricks and stones and is
probably a male, possibly Seaborn Thomas.  Directly beside the
well marked one is just a headstone and a footstone and off to
the side appears to be some type of wood marker for possibly a
child.  There are cedar trees planted around the area.  

The GPS coordinates are 32degrees 45.153N, 083 degrees 43.199W,
478 ft. above sea level.  These coordinates were taken in the
middle of the largest grave. 


To get to the area you have to turn off Hartley Bridge Road at
the first dirt service road past the Waffle House and service
station onto the Moon Property.  This dirt road bears off to the
right and then back to the left across a large open area for
right at 7/10 miles.  Where the area is located there is a cut
road off to the left that travels away from the first dirt road.
When you get at this cut road, stop and look to the right.  The
pathway is very visible right now due to being cleaned. About
thirty feet into the woods is the cemetery area.  There are
three cedar trees to the north end and one to the south end.  At
one point I believe there were probably six trees, but two have
died and one is pushed over.
