To any judge, justice of the inferior court, justice of the peace, or minister 
of the Gospel:
You are hereby authorized to join John B Parker and Eliza Chambless
in the holy state of Matrimony, according to the Constitution and Laws of this 
State; and for doing, this shall be your sufficent Proving.

Given under my hand and seal, this 1st day of February 1841
