Christie was performed yesterday morning at (paper torn) at the residence of the bride’s mother, Mrs. Ada Buff, (paper torn) avenue. Rev. Mr. (paper torn) performed the ceremony. There were present only the friends of the family and a few relatives. The ceremony was performed in the parlor, which was attractively done in daisies, these bright flowers being everywhere in evidence. The bride wore her traveling suit of blue with a hat of tan with touches of Copenhagen blue. Immediately after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Christie left for South Carolina, where they will spend two weeks, returning to Macon where they will make their future home. – Macon Telegraph The bride is a daughter of a former prominent Butler lady pleasantly remembered by many as Miss Ada Peed, who was married in this city to Mr. Buff of Elko.
