Item 1st. I give and bequeath to my eldest daughter Patsy Mathews the sum of Five hundred dollars. Item 2nd. I give and bequeath to my second daughter Betsy Lane Holt the sum of Five hundred dollars. Item 3d. I give and bequeath to my third daughter Nancy Myrick the sum of Five hundred dollars. Item 4th. I give and bequeath to my youngest daughter, Margaret Redding the sum of Five hundred dollars. Item 5. The above sum of Five Hundred dollars which I give and bequeath to my above named daughters viz Patsy Mathews, Betsy Lane Holt, Nancy Myrick, and Margaret Redding has already been deposited in their hands and the remainder of all my property I desire it be equally divided among all my children or their legal representatives. I do hereby appoint William C. Redding my Executor to carry fully and completely this my last will and Testament into effect. Hartiman Georgia } At chambers 28th December 1846 Bibb County } The above and foregoing will of Ann Flewellen was produced this day and Roland Bivans one of witnesses being duly sworn saith that he was present & saw Ann Flewellen sign & execute the same as her last will and testament and was of sound mind & memory at that time, that he signed it as a witness by her request & in her presence he saw the other witness John G. Hartiman also sign the same as a witness at the same time. Roland Bivins Sworn to and subscribed before us this 28th December 1846 James Smith J.I.C. Tho. Hardeman J.I.C. The last will and Testament of Ann Flewellen dec'd having been produced in open Court and the same having been previously proven according. It is ordered that said will be admitted to record. Test.
