Wilder Georgia Bibb County By the Grace of god Amen, I William L. Wilder of the County and State aforesaid, being in a low state of health, but of sound and disposing mind, being to make an equitable distribution of the worldly effects with which a kind and and merciful providence hath blessed me, do make & ordain, this as my last will and testament. It is my will that after my decease all the property which I may _______ of shall be sold, and after all my lawful debts are paid, the remainder to be equally divided between my wife Nancy Wilder, my daughter Susan Ann Rebecca, and my son, Charles G. Wilder. I further ordain & appoint my father Green Wilder and my brother in law Isaac F. Herd as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. I also ordain and appoint the said Green Wilder and Isaac F. Herd as guardians for my children until they become of lawful age to choose for themselves. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this seventh day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Eight. In the presence of Elijah D.
