BIBLE RECORDS - Sanders
The following comes from a book found in the DAR Library in
Washington, DC.  This is Genealogical Records submitted to
DAR in 1933. Georgia Bible Records Volume 5. Series 3 Volume
23 #54075. Page 69A.  These records were transcribed by Faye
L. Dyess. Malachi Madison Sanders Bible in possession of
Mrs. J. W. Hooks, Gordon, GA


Malichi Madison Sanders was born 1782, died November 1872,
married Margaret or (Peggy) Jones, no date of birth or
marriage.


King Sanders, son of Malichi Madison Sanders and Margaret or
(Peggy) Jones, was born May 12, 1818, died May 24, 1888,
married Bethany Tyson Leslie, who was born July 4, 1826,
died April 30, 1892, married March 25, 1841.


Children born of this union:
William Jasper, born Dec. 9, 1841, died Oct. 2,         1861.
Sarah A. E. born July 26, 1843, married D. J. Ryle,       Dec. 15, 1865.
Margaret Ann, born July s1(sic), 1846, died Sep.        22, 1850.
Petience, born Dec. 30, 1848, married B. F. Ryle,       Jan. 30, 2868, died March 3, 1903.
Leah Ann Caroline, born April 9, 1851, died Oct.      14, 1856.
Franklin (Dock) born July 13, 1853, married               Marietta Hooks, Nov. 11, 1874.
Jackann Missouri, born Jan. 27, 1856. Married C.       M. Hooks, Jan. 13, 1875, died April 23, 1916.
Martha. Born Nov. 17, 1858, died Dec. 28, 1858.
Gilly, born Feb. 5, 1860, married J. W. Powell,           Oct. 6, 1878.
John Wilson. Born Feb. 18, 1863, married Minnie      Dennard, Jan. 25, 1882.
Winney Bethany, born March 4, 1867, married W.      A. Jones, Feb. 15, 1885.
Minnie Maxie, born Nov 11, 1870, married John       Wesley Hooks, June 25, 1889.
