Council Chamber. Tuesday, April 19 1910.
   Mayor and council convened in regular 
meeting and on roll call , the
Following were present: W. M. Wynne , mayor,
T.  L. Bailey , H. F. Bullard , J. A. Fausett , 
J. C. Urquhart. Absent: Z.V. Peacock , E. Cook, 
Sr., J. E. Cook, clerk. 
Minutes of last meeting read and adopted with 
exception of license on circus which shall be 
left indiscretion of the mayor.
Motion carried to declare dogs a nuisance and 
kill all running at large.
Motion carried to pay the following bills:
		Freight………………. $1,14
		Pay roll L. W………..$6.15
Motion to adjourn.
